Start with the work.
Understand the real process, its exceptions and the people responsible before deciding what to automate.

Connected around the work.
Why Evermill
A customer request becomes a quote. A design becomes a released bill of materials. Components arrive, plans change and people make decisions along the way.
Too often, the context stays behind in another inbox, spreadsheet or system. Evermill is being built to keep that context with the work, across sales, engineering, planning, purchasing, inventory and finance.
Our starting point is machine building. Our ambition is practical: give people a clearer view of what needs attention, let agents prepare the work, and make the next action accountable.
A few principles that guide both the platform and the way it is introduced.
Understand the real process, its exceptions and the people responsible before deciding what to automate.
A proposal is more useful when the source, related objects and previous decisions travel with it.
Give agents a defined role. Keep important decisions with the people who own the outcome.
Evaluate proposals, review exceptions and expand only when the evidence supports it.
